Hey guys
The Booz Hounds are getting ready to register for dday and we're leaning toward the 914th. The urban environment sounds like a cool change of pace for us.
I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice on what units to go with or stay away from. It's our first time at dday and I dont think a couple of our guys got the legs to run with special forces, other than that we're pretty easy.

Rumor is that Ghost Recon might be defending the beach for the Germans this year.....rumor I hear
ok so the team voted otherwise.....aounds like the underdog will be the allies this year so go figure

Its official, the Booz Hounds are a part of the 914th.
Thanks for the input guys, hopefully I'll be able to meet some more of the Woodland Warriors when we're there.

Told us that yall were gunning for the Airborne and that the Allies were in for an Ass whipping this year....so we signed up....i have mad respect for Bill, Clay, Bass, Zeke, and you Buckshot but we are in this for the fight.....whoever wins is up to the command and politics therein. Good luck guys I just want to sling some paint (the more the better). We are gluttens for punishment

Appreciate the kind words... you're a gentleman and a scholar.. but you should know...
1) We are always gunning for the Airborne.
2) Their maneuver troops (Airborne & Rangers) outnumber our maneuver troops about 2:1.
3) The Allies sold same "poor us, the big bad Germans beat us last year (2006) *sniff* story leading into the 2007 game.
We just have some wicked vengeful krauts among us and are causing the Allies to pee them selves early in the year.  That's all.
I'm not trying to change your mind.. just planting the seed for 2009.

Honor bound I believe and agree with what you say Buckshot....we will see how this years fight is...otherwise we will speak again next year....it is funny how in this game some get so worked up at the thought of an ass kicking coming (pee themselves)....i kind of like getting whipped on as yall have seen many times in TOD.....makes me feel like i did something that day!!
